岗位职责：
1、从0—1建立品牌Facebook账号，主要以内容/涨粉为目标，负责公司海外社媒账号日常运营（包括内容创作、活动策划、账号维护、粉丝互动等）；
2、熟悉海外FB社交媒体平台的特点、用户属性和算法规则，制定品牌账号涨粉方案，针对公司品牌和产品，策划并制定符合品牌需求的广告内容；
3、熟悉FB广告投放（包括图片广告、视频广告等），熟悉使用监测与优化工具（包括A/B测试、数据分析、转化API（CAPI）等）；
4、负责品牌/新品的高质量话题策划（图文、视频），擅长编写营销性文案，活动策划和落地以及推广等相关工作，通过投放广告促进社媒粉丝增长和活跃度；
5、跟踪并分析FB广告内容表现，不断优化内容策略以增长粉丝和培养铁粉，提高用户互动率、粉丝粘性和转化率。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，品牌传播，市场营销，广告等相关专业；
2、两年以上海外FB账号运营经验，熟悉欧美社交媒体玩法，有留学经验优先；
3、有项目经验，如0-1搭建FB平台，快速起粉等相关工作经验优先；
4、熟悉PS设计排版优先，熟悉剪映PR剪辑优先；
5、具备较强的沟通能力，内容策划能力及团队精神。
