8.探索工业物联网（IIoT）、数字孪生等新技术在MES中的应用；
9.参与制定系统开发规范与代码质量管控体系；
岗位要求：
1.精通Java开发，熟悉JVM调优、多线程、分布式架构；
2.掌握Spring生态（Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Spring Security）；
3.熟悉MySQL/Oracle等数据库，具备SQL优化能力；
4.了解工业通信协议（OPC UA、Modbus、MQTT等）优先
5.3年以上MES/WMS/SCADA等工业软件开发经验，熟悉制造业生产流程（如汽车、电子、装备制造等）；
6.具备工业领域业务理解能力，能快速学习行业知识，责任心强，注重代码质量与系统安全；
7.良好的跨部门沟通能力，能协同生产、工艺团队。
