Wuhan Jingkai Port Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of Hubei Port Group (referred to as Jingkai Port, a second-level company under a provincial state-owned enterprise platform), established on May 24, 2010, with registered and paid-in capital of 134.1 million RMB. The company's business covers port loading and unloading, warehousing and logistics services for domestic and foreign trade containers, bulk and general cargo, supply chain business, container management, container stripping and stuffing, and other extended modern port business services. In recent years, Jingkai Port has actively integrated into the national "Belt and Road" and Yangtze River Economic Belt strategies, guided by supporting national strategies, relying on the golden waterway of the Yangtze River, conforming to the construction plan of Wuhan as a shipping center in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, accelerating port facility construction, striving to enhance port competitiveness, and continuously creating new prospects for port development. The total investment in the first-phase comprehensive terminal of the company is 586 million RMB. It has built three 5,000-ton-class (also accommodating 8,000-ton-class) deep-water berths on the Yangtze River, with an annual handling capacity of 2 million tons for bulk and general cargo and a total container throughput capacity of 300,000 TEUs. The rear land area covers more than 240 mu, with a storage yard of over 60,000 square meters and supporting warehouses of over 12,000 square meters. The port area now features customs supervision sites, an inspection and quarantine center, a joint inspection information system, joint inspection office spaces, as well as supporting facilities such as fire protection and power supply, enabling the provision of comprehensive, high-quality, and efficient import and export services to customers and the realization of "integrated customs and inspection." The company will, in accordance with the development requirements of modern ports, provide customers with a series of modern logistics services along the logistics supply chain, including port loading and unloading, transportation, bonded warehousing, logistics distribution, freight forwarding, and customs declaration. At the same time, it will drive the development of port-adjacent industries such as cross-border e-commerce, finance, insurance, import and export trade, and information, making it a hub port in the western zone of Wuhan New Port, a shipping center in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
