岗位职责：
1. 负责供应商准入、考核与分级管理，建立并优化供应商质量评价体系，定期开展供应商质量审核（来料审核、过程审核、体系审核），推动供应商质量能力提升。
2. 主导来料质量管控，对接IQC部门处理来料不合格问题，分析不合格原因，下达整改通知，跟踪整改落实情况，验证整改效果，降低来料不良率。
3. 负责供应商质量异常处理，针对生产过程中出现的供应商相关质量问题，组织供应商开展根因分析，制定并落实纠正预防措施，避免同类问题重复发生。
4. 编制并完善供应商质量管控相关文件（如审核标准、质量协议、管控规范等），规范供应商合作全流程，确保供应链质量管控有章可循。
5. 协同采购、生产、研发等部门，参与新供应商开发评估、新产品导入过程中的供应商质量同步管控，提前规避供应链质量风险。
6. 定期汇总供应商质量数据，形成质量分析报告，向领导汇报供应商质量状况，提出供应商优化及质量改进建议。
7. 负责与供应商的质量对接工作，传递公司质量要求，推动供应商建立健全质量管控体系，搭建长期稳定的高质量供应商合作关系。

任职要求：
1. 学历要求：全日制大专及以上学历，机械、电子、材料、质量管理等相关专业优先。
2. 经验要求：5年及以上SQE相关工作经验，熟悉制造业供应链质量管控流程，有同类行业（如电子、机械、汽车零部件等）工作经验者优先；
3. 专业能力：掌握ISO9001、IATF16949等质量管理体系知识，熟悉来料检验标准、质量工具（如5Why、8D、鱼骨图、SPC、FMEA等）的应用；具备独立开展供应商审核、质量异常处理及改进的能力。
4. 综合素质：具备较强的沟通协调能力、问题分析与解决能力，工作严谨细致、责任心强，有良好的抗压能力和团队协作精神；能适应偶尔出差（对接供应商）。
5. 其他要求：熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel、Word、PPT），具备基本的英文阅读能力者优先。
