● 负责与前端开发团队紧密合作，确保端到端的功能和性能。解决日常开发过程中的技术问题，并持续优化系统性能。
【任职资格】
● 本科及以上学历，3年以上 Java 后端研发经验，有企业服务、协同办公、行业化等相关领域经验优先。
● 熟练掌握 Java 编程语言和相关的开发框架，如 Spring、Spring Boot 等。对 RESTful API 设计和微服务架构有深刻理解，熟悉数据库设计和优化，熟练使用 SQL 和 NoSQL 数据库。
● 熟悉钉钉开放平台和钉钉低代码平台，熟悉钉钉开放平台接入流程及核心接口，能熟练基于钉钉低代码平台快速实现定制需求。
● 具备良好的问题解决能力，能够快速定位并解决系统故障和性能问题。具备团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力和学习能力，有2B领域大中型客户需求研发经验者优先考虑。
● 有良好的编码基础和代码习惯，有可靠性工程意识：SLO/SLA、限流降级、熔断与重试、灰度与回滚。
● 良好的工程素养，有良好的单元/集成测试意识、熟练GitFlow等常见的代码评审管控流程，有良好的技术文档编写习惯。
