任职要求:
1、统招本科及以上学历，学信网可查，2年以上 Java 开发经验，精通 Java 及面向对象设计开发，熟练应用J2EE的相关开发技术，有分布式高并发互联网项目经验优；
2、具有良好的系统分析与设计能力，有架构高层设计思想，平台设计概念，精通重构技术和设计模式，能对系统进行合理化重构；
3、熟悉spring、spring mvc、mybatis、shiro等常用后端开发框架，并能独立搭建相关项目架构；
4、熟悉spring boot原理、JVM相关原理，具备spring cloud技术栈使用经验；
5、精通常用数据库Postgres、MySQL，熟练使用SQL语句，能够进行SQL性能调优；
6、具有良好的逻辑思维能力和问题分析、判断、解决能力，具备良好的沟通能力、需求理解能力和团队合作精神；
7、熟练使用ElasticSearch、Redis、Neo4j等；
8、了解前端技术，JavaScript、css、vue2/3、Reactjs、nodejs等。
加分项：
1、了解大数据生态，有过flink、hadoop的使用经验；
2、熟悉Python语言、go语言；
3、至少熟悉一家国内云AI平台(deepSeek/阿里云PAI/腾讯TI/百度BML/华为ModelArts)；
4、有大模型API集成实战经验，了解RAG架构实现，熟悉大模型服务的API调用模式(同步/异步/流式)；
