岗位职责：
1.负责包括软件需求分析，设计，开发和维护的管理全过程。
2.管理技术团队，负责开发团队与用户和其他团队的沟通协调，保证进度质量，保证团队能够按照计划开展开发工作。
3.负责开发过程中进行技术指导，工作分配，工作成果验收，监督检查；解决开发过程中的关键问题和技术难点，保障系统的稳定性、安全性及可扩展性。
4.负责软件的质量把关和总体测试管理，参与系统的测试、部署和实施等工作。
5.完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 计算机、软件工程及相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 精通JAVA语言，熟悉JVM，有敏捷开发实践/持续集成经验者优先；；
3.5年以上Java开发经验，1年团队或主管经验，熟悉常用框架及其原理(springcloud微服务框架、springmvc、mybatis）；
4. 学习能力及工作责任心强、对于技术有研究精神、攻关能力和创造执行力；
5. 具备良好的需求分析能力和设计能力。
