【岗位职责】
1. 参与厂区日常运营管理工作，如生产调度、设备维护、安全环保等，协调厂区内部各部门之间的工作关系，确保厂区运营高效、合规。
2. 负责对外关系的协调，维持良好的政企关系，负责组织、安排及接待政府及有关单位的参观及各类督查迎检考核工作。
3. 负责回款跟进，制定回款计划，明确回款时间节点与责任人，督促按时回款。
4. 协助厂长制定厂区年度运营目标与计划，将商务目标与生产运营目标有效结合，推动厂区整体目标的达成。
5. 建立有效的团队激励机制，制定合理的考核指标，配合集团完成各类员工的管理。
6. 完成上级交办的其它各项工作任务。
【任职要求】
1. 大专及以上学历，环境工程、给排水相关专业优先。
2. 3年以上污水处理厂（两万吨以上）运营管理经验，5年以上水处理行业技术工作经验。
3. 精通基本的办公软件操作，熟悉污水处理工作流程，具备较强的项目管理能力及沟通协调能力。
4. 办事敏捷，工作认真踏实、细致，有效强的协调能力、管理能力和责任心，人际关系良好，适应长期出差驻外。
