4、熟悉MySQL、Redis、Elasticsearch、Nginx的使用，拥有数据库设计能力，熟悉SQL优化者优先；
5、了解分布式与服务化概念，有实践经验；
6、思路清晰，有良好的沟通能力和设计能力；
7、具有很强的责任心，能够承担压力，团队意识强，思路清晰，能够独立分析和解决问题； 8、对代码质量有高要求，有意愿参与开源项目及了解前端技术栈更佳。
