工作职责：
1、负责公司核心业务系统的架构设计与搭建、能够结合实际业务需求进行技术选型；
2、负责系统架构的优化及系统性能的优化，协助团队解决开发过程中的技术难题；
3、参与核心业务系统的设计工作，能根据业务原型完成功能模块的详细技术设计，并按项目管理规范要求编制设计文档；
4、能够完成核心模块的代码实现，并指导和监督团队按照规范完成模块开发工作；
5、能够基于业务的实际需要，完成新技术的调研和选型，并将新技术引入现有技术架构；
6、新人指导培训和代码Review、及时分享并解决线上系统的各类疑难问题，提升团队整体技术水平。
招聘要求
1、计算机相关专业统招本科及以上学历，5年以上开发经验，3年以上系统架构师设计经验；
2、具有高并发高性能后台服务、微服务设计和开发经验，有深厚的Java基础，对JVM原理有扎实的了解，对Java EE服务器端软件架构设计和编程有深入了解；
3、熟练掌握数据库池、线程池技术，能够熟练整合应用SpringBoot/SpringCloud、Vue框架；
4、熟悉常用的关系型数据库（mysql、sqlserver），具备深厚的数据库设计能力，有良好的SQL编写和优化能力；
5、熟练使用Vscode、eclipse、IDEA等IDE环境、可独立配置Node.js、npm、webpack等前端工具链；
6、熟悉git、redis、nginx、RabbitMQ、activiti、Hibernate等技术，掌握其工作原理；
7、熟悉linux系统，熟悉云技术开发，具有云原生项目开发经验。
