(1)精通Python，熟悉面向对象编程，熟悉常用的标准库和第三方库。Odoo框架：必须熟悉Odoo框架的开发模式，包括但不限于模型（Models）的定义和继承（经典继承、原型继承）。视图（Views：List, Form, Kanban, Graph等）的定制。权限控制（Security, Record Rules）等等。
(2)数据库：熟练使用PostgreSQL（Odoo默认数据库），掌握基本的SQL操作。
四、加分项：
(1)前端部分：了解XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS，能够进行简单的前端调整。
(2)行业/领域经验（优先）: 有企业内部管理系统（ERP/CRM）开发经验者优先。
五、岗位职责：
1、负责公司基于Odoo平台的ERP系统的二次开发、定制、集成和维护，根据公司的业务需求完成业务流程开发。
2、负责Odoo模块从0到1的开发、安装和配置。
3、能快速理解公司市场经营、财务、员工等业务逻辑需求，并将其抽象为数据模型和工作流。
4、使用Odoo的开发模式（如--dev模式）和日志系统，定位并解决问题。
