【职责描述】
1、参与系统的需求分析和功能设计，编写软件相关的设计和技术文档；
2、有独立负责模块的能力，能够站在客户的立场，设计并开发出好用、易用、性能高效的代码；
3、按期配合和实现项目经理分布的开发任务，并能在实现过程中加入自己的思考；
4、配合系统上线，并在系统上线后进行系统的监控与改进。
任职要求:
1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上实际工作经验，B端、G端项目经验优先；
2、JAVA技术扎实，熟悉NIO、多线程、集合类、设计模式等知识；
3、熟悉Spring、SpringBoot、iBatis等框架，有分布式、微服务开发经验者优先考虑，有架构设计经验者优先考虑；
4、熟练运用mysql、oracle等关系型数据库，熟悉至少一种noSql数据库；
5、熟练使用linux操作系统；
6、善于分析和发现问题，能用多种方案解决并能不断提出优化建设性意见者优先考虑；
7、要求代码编写整洁规范，善于抽象出公共方法，有代码洁癖者优先考虑。
