YOUR TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES
负责包装设备的维护保养。按照计划执行周、月、年保养，跟踪落实日保养的计划执行。负责设备改线。协助备品备件的管理。确保机械设备处于正常运行状态，降低维护成本，减少非计划停机时间。
负责包装设备的应急维修，快速响应并解决机械故障，保障生产连续性。独立鉴定并解决生产线设备故障，采取A3等方法分析系统故障，并提出解决方案，从而持续提升车间产线运行稳定性和效率，达成交付的及时性以及供应灵活性。
负责优化生产工艺和流程，识别和评估质量风险，参与质量问题的调查和解决，通过技术手段提升产品品质，确保产品符合质量标准。
收集和分析产线运行数据，对产线自动化、数字化迭代升级提供技术支持。支持生产线布局和流程优化，落实新产品的生产计划。
独立运行操作包装所有产线。指导和培训设备操作及产线运作第三方人员，使其具备设备操作及清洗、改线的能力。支持生产线的日常运作。
遵守所有安全操作规程，参与定期的安全培训和演练。确保所有设备操作符合行业标准和法规要求，维护工作场所的安全。参与HSE相关安全活动，如机械伤害评估、HAZOP、JSA、工艺安全评估。
以DSO原则为指导，成果为目标，实践自组织团队模式，采用快速周期（90天）的方式，共创价值，实现团队和个人的发展。
WHO YOU ARE
中专及以上学历，机电或机械类或化工类相关专业优先
10年以上化工企业或包装行业工作经验，执有化工安全生产操作证书、电工证等优先。
按照要求完成安排的工作，并能配合团队工作，具有良好的沟通能力以及团队合作精神
积极主动的工作和学习态度
接受和适应加班和倒班的工作。
