YOUR TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Make marketing strategies in the segment market by discovering new insights while managing life cycle/portfolio strategies, focusing on seeking new business opportunities under ambiguity.
Develop implement yearly product strategy product plan, ensuring proper implementation by the marketing sales functions; develop implement strategic operational reactions according to the analysis of competitors’ activities.
Develop maintain relationships with key opinion leaders on national regional levels; be responsible finternational marketing communication, be a member of GBT, influence global brstrategy.
Provide professional direction support on marketing activities such as designing preparing promotional campaigns materials, printed matters, product advertisements, etc., ensuring proper usage by sales teams.
Design carry out marketing research efforts within the managed product portfolio to enable fast well-informed decision-making fFranchise Head Management teams.
Execute monityearly promotion budgets as allocated to the Product Management function.
Drive ensure fully compliant behaviactivities within scope, living DSO VACC behaviors in daily practice, support colleagues to do the same.
Contribute to the cross-functional talent development activities within ONCO, leading change fcapability upgrading within the team.
 
WHO YOU ARE
 
Bacheldegree above with medical related majors.
More than 5 years of experience in sales marketing management in the pharmaceutical industry.
International working experience network.
Medical pharmaceutical related knowledge of relevant market segments.
Strong strategic initiative.
Strong leadership influence power.
