1.产品规划与路线图制定
负责仓储物流领域的整体产品规划、需求分析和路线图制定
跟踪行业技术发展趋势和竞品动态，持续优化产品功能和用户体验
2.需求管理与产品设计
对接客户和售前团队，挖掘装备制造企业仓储物流业务痛点，将业务需求转化为产品方案
输出高质量的产品需求文档（PRD）、业务流程图等设计资料，并基于恒远全新平台进行搭建，实现应用落地
3.产品全生命周期管理
推动产品从需求分析、业务设计和搭建到上线交付的全流程，跟踪产品上线后的使用情况，收集用户和项目使用反馈，制定迭代优化计划
4.跨领域/系统集成与协同
仓储物流领域作为恒远产品体系（生产运营与执行、工艺与质量管控、物流与供应协同）中的一环，需考虑和其他业务域的协同设计，以及外部ERP、AGV、WCS等第三方系统的接口标准
任职资格：
经验背景
- 5年以上工业软件产品经理经验，至少3年以上仓储（仓储包含平库和立库）、物流（厂内物流）系统产品设计经验
- 熟悉离散制造业仓储物流全流程，了解装备制造行业相关业务逻辑
核心能力
- 业务理解：精通采购、生产、销售等各类型的出入库全流程，以及库内管理业务，能精准挖掘业务痛点并转化为产品需求
- 产品设计：具备优秀的业务抽象能力和系统思维，了解技术实现思路和逻辑，能输出高质量PRD及业务流程图，主导需求评审并推动落地
- 集成能力：了解仓储自动化设备（AGV/AMR、堆垛机等）与WMS的集成方式，熟悉ERP、MES/MOM、WCS等系统的功能边界及集成逻辑
- 沟通协作：具备优秀的跨部门、跨角色沟通能力，能高效协调研发、交付、客户等多方，推动产品全生命周期落地，有较强的问题解决能力
优先考虑
- 有从0到1主导WMS&LES产品开发或大型项目实施经验，且具备仓储物流从规划、设计到落地应用及迭代的全流程经验者
- 了解AI等技术在仓储物流领域的应用，对AI智能应用设计有清晰理解，
- 具备低代码搭建业务应用能力
