岗位职责：
1.参与项目调研，配合项目经理完成需求分析和系统概要、详细设计并绘制原型；
2.任务拆解、工时评估及开发计划排配；
3.根据开发规范与流程，进行开发团队的任务分配，进度追踪，质量和成本管控，同时承担相应模块的编码、自测以及相关文档的编写工作。
4.参与软件设计的重构、优化，保证产品的可迭代可维护性；
5.项目实施阶段，配合项目经理进行项目实施，对客户进行培训；
6.研发过程中各环境的搭建、系统部署、必要的技术支持与运维工作。
任职资格：
1.统招本科以上学历，计算机或软件相关专业；
2.5年以上Java开发经验和扎实的Java编程功底；有超过3年以上大型B/S项目的架构设计经验；熟悉常见Java开发框架，如Servlet、Spring、springMVC、Mybatis、Spring Boot、SpringCloud Alibaba等；
3.熟悉 VUE.js,TypeScript,Element-UI,了解vite前端自动化工具；掌握HTML，CSS基础，熟悉HTML5，CSS3，并熟悉响应式布局；熟练使用JQuery，Bootstrap，LayUI等前端js框架者优先考虑；
4.熟悉主流关系数据库mysql、postgre sql，拥有关系数据库设计及优化能力，熟悉分布式数据库设计，熟悉大数据量、高并发、高性能的分布式系统的设计、实施、调优；
5.拥有平台级系统设计及架构经验，对工业互联网行业的业务模式有深入理解，具备良好的业务敏感度和视野者优先；
6.有研发团队管理能力，3年以上工业或IT行业研发团队及研发项目管理经验有限，对开发管理体系有思考和理解，有敏捷开发团队管理实践者优先；
7.具有较强的抗压能力，具有较强的沟通和协调能力，能适应适度的工作加班需求，适应国内出差；
