岗位职责：
1.每月完成销售订单，按照科室实际领用情况开票给医院，并在开票后完成阳光平台订单，确保订单完成及时准确。
2.操作退货退票时，记录好相关情况，联系财务部和采购部协助做好票据和货物的交接工作。
3.根据现场验收的情况，做好对应的验收记录，同送货单据一起整理归档。
4.每月打印整理出入库单据，同科室签收单据一起归档。
5.根据库房库存及科室叫货情况，及时整理叫货计划。当有新产品要叫货时，协助确认新产品信息，提交产品寻源表给采购部寻找产品。
6.协助医院做好阳光平台产品授权及议价工作。
7.每月协助医院做好发票对账工作，及时提交发票给医院签收，并归档签收单据。
8.协助做好公司安排的各种项目工作。
9.协助处理医院提出的各类问题，协助其他岗位同事工作。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、计算机运用熟练，接受过专业客服训练，有一定财务知识者优先考虑；
3、良好的语言表达及较强的沟通能力，工作认真细致，积极进取，善于学习与创新。
