岗位职责：
1、核心业务开发：负责图书馆业务系统、AI中台后端业务逻辑的代码实现，确保系统高并发、高可用；
2、需求分析：负责和客户沟通，了解客户需求并制定可实现的技术方案；
3、问题处理：支持平台交付与客户技术问题处理；
4、技术探索：负责新技术的调研，推动新能力在平台中的实践与落地。

任职要求：
1、硬性要求：本科及以上学历；三年以上研发相关经验；有saas系统开发经验；了解AI，有AI开发相关经验；（本条需要全部满足）
2、数据库设计：精通 MySQL/PostgreSQL 优化。根据需求设计出合理的，可扩展的数据表结构；
3、运维能力：熟练掌握linux命令，掌握docker，docker-compose部署服务；
4、AI能力：熟练使用AI工具辅助工作，能用claude code， cursor完成日常方案设计，项目开发等工作；
5、Java功底： 3-5年Java开发经验，熟练掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Spring Batch、MyBatis-Plus、Elasticsearch、Kafka、Mysql/Postgres、Redis等常用技术框架；
6、架构思维：具备良好的设计模式基础，代码整洁，模块化拆分业务，能设计出支撑多租户（SaaS）应对业务快速变化、高内聚低耦合的可持续迭代架构。

加分项：有Python开发经验，有智能体问答助手开发经验，熟悉向量数据库
