招聘要求及内容：
一、EHS 体系落地实施：
1.了解EHS 管理体系（与安全标准化、双控预防机制、生物安全管理等兼容）并有效落地实施，建立管理台账，确保符合法律法规要求；
2.了解安全生产责任制，熟悉公司各部门的安全职责，督促落实各项职责。

二、安全管理：
1.落实公司内危险源辨识和风险评估工作，组织专项检查、跟踪整改和考核； 2.落实安全培训需求收集、参与制定年度 EHS 培训计划（包括三级教育、法定培训、专项培训）并组织实施；
3.落实安全生产标准化各项措施，建立并维护安全生产标准化管理台账；
4.熟悉 EHS 事故应急救援预案及应急流程，制定应急演练年度计划并组织实施；
5.领导交办的其他任务。

三、消防管理:
1.熟悉消防系统运行的管理工作，督促维保单位落实各项措施；
2.熟悉并更新所有必要的消防管理法规和标准操作规程，并提出管理提升意见；
3.建立并维护消防管理台账。

四、环保管理：
1.负责危险废弃物（含医废）全生命周期管理，落实委托处置转出各项措施，建立危险废弃物（含医废）的日常管理报表台帐；
2.督促落实废水处理、废气处理、危废收集设施运行管理并确保达标排放，熟悉环境相关年度检测要求。

五、职业健康管理：
1.熟悉职业健康管理相关要求和程序；
2.熟悉职业危害告知、员工职业健康体检、职业病危害因素监测、职业病危害申报等标准、流程并实施；
3.建立并维护职业健康管理台账和员工职业健康档案。

任职要求：1、本科及以上学历，安全、环保、消防、化工、生物医药等相关专业优先，对EHS相关的法律法规熟悉（熟悉GLP法规优先）；
2、2年以上EHS工作经验；
3、熟悉国家及地方安全、环境相关法律法规，了解安全生产标准化管理体系，双控体系及应急管理体系，具备安全生产管理、特种作业人员管理等方面的知识和经验；
4、了解EHS管理系统各项工作内容和内外部流程；
5、具有较强的执行力、学习能力、沟通能力，能与内外部检查人员保持良好交流。
