一、岗位职责
1.负责药店连锁核心品类规划与管理，结合市场需求、销售数据及库存情况，制定品类采购策略，优化品类结构，提升品类销售额与利润率。
2.统筹药品及相关产品的订货管理，精准预测市场需求，制定合理订货计划，平衡库存水平，避免缺货、积压问题，保障供应链稳定.
3.对接上游供应商，开展谈判工作，争取优质采购价格、付款条件及售后服务，建立并维护长期稳定的合作关系，定期评估供应商履约能力.
4.跟踪品类销售动态与市场趋势，分析竞品价格、促销活动及新品信息，及时调整采购与订货方案，推动品类竞争力提升.
5.协同门店、运营等部门，同步品类政策、库存信息，配合开展促销活动，解决采购与订货环节中的跨部门协作问题.
6.负责采购及订货数据的统计与分析，定期输出品类销售、库存、成本等报告，为公司决策提供数据支持。
二、任职要求
1.大专及以上学历，药学、医学、市场营销等相关专业优先。
2.1年以上连锁药店或快消品行业品类管理经验，熟悉药品品类特性、市场规律及采购流程
3.具备敏锐的市场洞察力，能精准捕捉药品市场需求变化与趋势.
4.熟练运用Excel等工具进行数据统计与分析，能通过数据分析优化品种
5.拥有良好的谈判沟通能力，可有效与供应商对接，争取有利合作条件
6.具备较强的责任心与抗压能力
7.具备团队协作精神，能高效配合跨部门开展工作，有较强的目标导向意识。
