岗位职责
药品验收
依据 GSP 规范及采购订单，核对入库药品的品名、规格、批号、有效期、生产厂家、数量等信息，确保与订单及随货同行单一致。
检查药品外包装是否完好、有无破损、污染、受潮等情况，对效期较短（近效期）药品进行重点标记。
配合质量管理部门完成药品抽检工作，做好验收记录，确保记录真实、完整、可追溯。
药品复核
对出库药品进行二次核对，匹配拣货单与药品信息，确保出库药品的品名、规格、批号、数量与门店要货需求一致。
检查出库药品的包装完整性，防止药品在运输过程中破损，对需要冷链运输的药品，确认冷链包装及温度是否符合要求。
完成复核记录，签字确认后移交发货组，确保出库药品零差错。
库存辅助管理
协助库管员做好药品分区存放管理，确保药品按 “批号管理、先进先出” 原则流转。
及时反馈验收和复核过程中发现的药品质量问题、效期预警信息，协助处理不合格药品。
保持验收复核区域的整洁，做好工具、单据的整理归档工作。
任职要求
学历与专业
中专及以上学历，药学、中药学、药品经营与管理、仓库、物流管理等相关专业优先。
经验与技能
有 1 年以上医药仓储验收、复核工作经验者优先，熟悉 GSP 相关规范要求。
具备较强的细心度和责任心，能准确识别药品信息，杜绝错检、漏检。
熟练使用办公软件（Excel、Word），能规范填写各类仓储记录表单。
