岗位职责：

1. 参与多模态大模型（文本、图像、语音、视频、时序数据等）的架构设计，包括预训练框架开发、领域精调（如LoRA、RLHF）、模型评估及迭代优化。
2. 构建基于大模型的智能体（Agent）系统，融合工具调用、检索增强生成（RAG）、知识库增强等技术，提升复杂任务的自主决策能力。
3. 参与AI应用落地，针对场景需求定制解决方案。
4. 实现模型量化压缩、边缘计算部署，优化推理性能。
5. 跟踪LLM、AIGC、多模态联合建模等前沿技术，领导研发团队，制定技术路线图，把控项目里程碑，推动团队技术建设与专利转化。

任职资格：
1. 本科以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业，2年以上python开发经验
2. 熟悉Transformer架构、多模态预训练、强化学习（RL/PPO/DPO）、规划算法（MDP/POMDP）；
3. 熟练使用PyTorch/TensorFlow、LangChain/Dify/AutoGen等框架；掌握Python/C++，熟悉Spark/Flink等大数据工具。
4. 具备大模型训练优化、分布式计算、MLOps（Docker/K8s/Airflow）及边缘部署经验。
5. 熟悉多模态数据处理、知识图谱构建、VLM（视觉-语言模型），掌握模型蒸馏/量化应用者优先。
