任职要求：

2.工作经验： 4年以上 Python 后端开发经验，具备 AI 系统开发经验；
3.项目经验：有实际参与并交付过大模型项目的经验；
4.有基于 Dify 平台构建 AI 应用的实际项目经验；
5.技术能力：精通 Python 编程语言，熟练掌握 Flask、Django 等主流 Web 框架；
6.熟悉 Prompt Engineering、LangChain 等大模型开发框架；
7.熟悉常用 AI/ML 库（如 NumPy、Pandas、Matplotlib、Transformers 等）；
