岗位职责

1. 负责核心业务开发: 深入理解业务需求，独立完成公司核心产品（智慧停车系统）后端模块的设计、编码和单元测试；
2. 参与全栈实现: 参与Web管理后台及微信小程序的前端开发工作，与后端服务紧密配合，确保功能顺畅交付；
3. 保障系统质量: 参与整个研发流程，对代码质量有高标准要求，并编写必要的项目文档；
4. 技术协作与成长: 与团队成员协作攻克技术难题，积极分享经验，共同维护和优化系统架构；

任职要求

1. 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，拥有3年以上Java开发经验；
2. Java基础扎实，对多线程、IO、集合等核心知识有深入理解；
3. 熟悉Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud Alibaba、MyBatis等主流框架；
4. 具备前端开发能力，Vue/React框架、ElementUI、uniapp等前端技术；
5. 熟悉分布式服务架构设计、熟悉相关技术，如缓存（Redis）、消息中间件（Kafka、RabbitMQ、RocketMQ）并有实际使用经验；
6. 熟悉MySQL、Oracle、MongoDB等数据库，并具有较好的SQL编写习惯和索引优化能力；
7. 熟悉使用Git进行团队协作，有CodeReview习惯的尤佳，掌握Docker的基本使用，熟练使用Linux命令；
8. 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，有责任心，沟通顺畅，乐于学习和接受新事物，团队合作精神和抗压能力；
