岗位职责：
1. 负责公司法律事务的日常处理和合规工作；
2. 根据公司业务发展需要，从法律角度建立及完善公司的风控体系、建立风控制度，并为公司提供法律咨询和防范风险的建议；
3. 根据国家政策、行业发展、市场情况的变化，及时提示潜在的项目风险，从法律角度提出改进业务和项目风险控制的工作建议；
4. 熟悉法律法规，并协助公司拟定、审核、修订、完善各类管理制度、各类合同、法律文件等；
5. 协助完成各类项目的风险评估，进行法律尽职调查，对潜在风险点进行把控与梳理并给出防范措施以及合规建议；
6. 参与诉讼及仲裁案件，并协助上级领导应对突发事件，处理法律风险，推动项目顺利推进；
7. 协调与相关政府、司法机关、律师事务所等的对接沟通；
8. 及时高效完成领导交办的其他项工作。
任职要求：
1. 法律专业或相关专业本科以上学历，具备扎实的法律基础知识，至少三年以上的工作经验；（取得金融律师资格证书或国家司法职业资格证书者优先）
2. 熟练使用Office办公软件和互联网工具，能独立完成日常文书处理工作；
3. 精通公司法、合同法、民法等方面的法律法规，有诉讼参与经验；
4. 具备出色的沟通、协调、文字表述及解决问题的能力，思路清晰，善于总结和归纳；
5. 对工作认真负责、注重细节，有较强的执行力和团队合作精神。
