岗位职责
1、负责 Java 团队的产品研发，能与团队共同进步，攻克难关，承受压责任；
2、负责技术框架和开发工具的搭建，核心代码的编写，系统性能优化，主导技术难题攻关；
3、负责产品进度跟踪和控制，风险监控，问题的协调和解决，确保工作按计划完成；
4、对团队开发人员进行有效辅导，帮助其快速成长；
5、关注并结合新技术对现有或未来系统提出创新性解决方案。

岗位要求
1、5年以上java开发经验，熟练微服务架构及Spring Cloud全家桶；
2、熟悉Spring、Spring Mvc、Mybatis、Ajax，Jquery等主流Java Web框架及技术栈；
3、掌握前端框架Vue、js、Bootstrap等前端框架，有前端开发经验优先；
4、熟悉Tomcat、Kafka、Redis、Oracle、Mysql等中间件和数据库；
5、熟悉Linux系统及shell;
6、具有Docker和Kubernetes相关的DevOps工作相关工作优先；
7、五年或以上ERP或WMS或SAP Business One/SAP S/4HANA等开发经验；有海外仓储平台项目经验及POS收银台经验优先。
