岗位职责：
1、参与新产品前期DFM/DFT/DFA评审，识别制造风险，制定NPI项目计划。
2、主导工艺流程开发，输出SOP、PFMEA、控制计划，规划工装夹具及产线布局。
3、负责试产（EVT/DVT/PVT）全程管理，快速解决装配、测试、良率等异常，推动闭环改善。
4、对接研发与制造，确保设计信息准确传递，反馈制造端问题，定期汇报项目进展。
5、协同IE/PE/ME工程师制定组装，测试工，老化等工艺方案，兼顾覆盖率与量产节拍。
6、主导NPI转量产移交，确保生产资源就绪；跟踪量产初期数据，优化效率与成本。
7、量产后持续改进工艺，运用DOE/SPC分析数据，提升直通率与 OEE；管理ECN变更
8、修订 SOP，开展一线工艺培训，稽核工艺执行状况，确保过程受控。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上，机械/电子/自动化/工业工程等相关专业；
2、3~5年NPI、工艺工程或质量管理经验，有消费电子/移动电源/无线充/充电器，背景者优先；
3、熟悉组装、测试工艺流程，能看懂电路板分析；精通二维/三维制图软件。
