岗位职责
1. 平台后端开发：基于 Spring Boot 3.x 负责设备接入网关、数据采集服务、设备管理等核心模块的设计与编码，支撑海量设备接入与实时数据处理。
2. 网协议适配与解析：适配 MQTT / CoAP / LwM2M / Modbus 等物联网通信协议，开发协议解析、数据转发、设备指令交互相关功能，实现异构数据的统一汇聚。
3. 数据采集与存储：负责设备实时数据、历史数据、报警数据的处理与入库，结合消息队列、缓存与时序数据库优化高并发数据写入与海量数据查询。
4. 接口与高并发通信：基于 Netty、WebSocket、RESTful API 等开发高并发通信模块与实时数据交互接口，为前端大屏、业务系统和第三方提供数据与能力支撑。
5. 系统稳定性保障：快速定位设备离线、数据丢失、通信延迟等线上故障，参与性能调优、限流降级与容量评估，保障物联网系统的高可用与高可靠。
