2.精通Java核心、多线程、集合框架，深入理解JVM原理（内存模型、GC机制）。熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud Alibaba、MyBatis等主流框架及原理。
3.熟练掌握HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript（ES6+）核心，至少能熟练使用一门主流前端框架（Vue2/3或React），并有实际项目应用经验。
4.熟悉常用中间件，如消息队列（RabbitMQ/Kafka）、RPC框架（Dubbo/gRPC）。熟练使用IDEA、Maven、Git等开发与协作工具。
5.具备良好的SQL编写与优化能力，熟悉MySQL等数据库。掌握基本的Linux操作命令，能进行日常的部署、日志查看与问题排查。
6.具备优秀的沟通表达能力和团队协作精神，责任心强，能主动推动和解决问题。对新技术保持好奇心和学习热情，能快速适应业务与技术变化。
