岗位职责：
1、负责公司PC 桌面客户端软件的需求分析、设计、开发与维护。
2、使用 Python 相关技术栈（如 PyQt6/PySide6/Tkinter）完成GUI 界面开发、业务逻辑实现。
3、负责本地数据处理、文件解析、数据库操作（SQLite/MySQL）、接口对接。
4、参与软件架构设计、性能优化、稳定性提升、BUG 修复。
5、负责软件打包、发布、版本管理、安装包制作。
6、编写开发文档、使用说明、维护手册。
7、与产品、测试协作，保证项目按时高质量交付。
岗位要求：
1、本科或以上学历，计算机类相关专业，2年以上PC应用开发经验
2、精通 Python，熟练使用PyQt6 等开发复杂桌面应用
3、能独立设计桌面软件架构（MVC/MVVM）
4、熟练实现：多线程、异步、进度条、日志系统、配置管理
5、熟练对接HTTP 接口、WebSocket、数据库
6、能处理大文件读写、数据导出、打印、图表展示
7、能优化程序性能、内存占用、启动速度
8、熟练使用 PyInstaller 打包、加密、制作安装包
9、良好代码规范、版本管理、文档能力
