岗位职责：
1．参与公司各类技术业务项目的需求分析、进度把控、项目跟踪工作，与团队共同完成开发需求设计和沟通。
2．参与公司IT系统业务流程设计、系统规划、核心流程设计、技术选型等工作。
3．按照项目计划，按时提交高质量代码，完成开发任务，规范文档的编写、维护，以及其他与项目相关工作。
4．及时解决项目产品使用过程中遇到的技术问题。

任职要求：
1．大学本科以上学历，计算机相关专业。
2．5年以上Java、分布式系统开发经验。
3．扎实的 Java 基础JVM、多线程、并发、高可用以及网络通信有深厚的经验。
4．精通主流开源框架、微服务框架，如Springboot、Springcloud、Springcloud alibaba、mybatis、jpa等。
5．熟悉关系型数据库MySQL、ORACLE等等，以及相应的调优以及SQL优化。
6．熟悉微服务、领域模型设计、ODD、设计模式。
7．熟悉消息队列、缓存等开发技术。
8．热爱技术，对技术有不懈的追求，喜欢研究开源代码。
9．积极主动、良好的学习能力、团队协作能力和沟通能力，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题。
10．具备hive、spark、flink、kafka、datax等相关大数据技术者优先考虑。
