3. 团队管理

- 培养团队技术能力，建立代码评审与技术分享机制
任职资格:
任职要求：
1.85/211院校计算机相关专业本科及以上学历
2.8年以上Java开发经验，3年以上大型系统重构/架构升级实战经验
3.精通数据库原理，有分库分表、分布式事务（Seata等）、SQL优化等落地经验
4. 熟悉常见数据库中间件源码，具备二次开发或自研能力者优先

技术能力
1.深入理解JVM、并发编程、网络通信等底层机制
2.掌握数据库高可用方案（如MGR、PXC、主从集群）
3.熟悉DDD、CQRS等架构模式，有复杂业务系统解耦经验
