岗位职责：
1. 独立开发内部通用场景的AI应用，包括且不限于：基于RAG的知识库检索及后端数据的离线链路，为合规/运营/审核使用的AI提效工具等
2. 独立开发产研场景的AI应用，包括且不限于：通过agent嵌入提速研发流程，通过Copilot提升开发效率
3. 整合优化内部已有的AI应用，基于公有云搭建公司的AI应用生态，建立完整的架构支持长期的AI应用迭代
4. 交流对接公司内各部门，明确需求，输出需求及技术设计文档
任职要求：
1. 三年以上互联网工作经验
2. 计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能或相关专业本科及以上学历
3. 熟练使用Python/Golang/Java/C++中的至少一种语言，精通各类数据结构及基础算法
4. 熟悉基础API开发及大模型接口原理，了解云计算基础服务（如AWS/Azure/阿里云等）
5. 交流能力强，思路清晰表达明确, 强烈的学习意愿和技术好奇心
加分项：
1. 熟练使用Python，有过深度学习/机器学习相关的训练或应用开发经验
2. 了解机器学习/深度学习基础理论，熟悉常见AI模型应用场景;
3. 有Prompt Engineering经验或LLM微调经验
4. 了解向量数据库（Milvus/Pinecone等）或知识图谱技术
