Metaprise is an AI-native FinTech company headquartered in New York, USA, with a core R&D center in Shenzhen, China. We are building the next-generation Financial Operating System (FinOps) powered by SmartFlow (AI workflowchestration), Nucleus (enterprise ontology), TruthEngine (auditable reasoning engine).

岗位职责｜Responsibilities
1. AI 工作流（SmartFlow）设计与迭代
负责 SmartFlow 工作流节点逻辑、状态机、AI 推理链路设计与优化。
Design iterate AI workflow (SmartFlow) nodes, state machines, reasoning chains.
2. 语义图谱（Nucleus）产品化落地
定义企业实体、属性、关系，推动 Nucleus 的数据结构、推理逻辑建设。
Define enterprise entities, attributes, relationships; drive Nucleus ontology development.
3. AI Agent / LLM 应用场景设计
为各种财务场景（AR/AP/Contract/Cash Management）定义 AI Agent 的工具链、规则、prompt、fallback 策略。
Design AI Agents, toolchains, prompts, fallback logic ffinancial workflows.
4. PRD 产出与跨团队沟通
输出 PRD、流程图、API 需求，将业务需求拆解为可执行的产品功能。
Produce PRDs, workflows, API requirements; translate business needs product features.
5. 中美团队协作
与美国团队（Sales / CS / Product）对接业务需求，与深圳团队对接技术实现。
Collaborate with U.S. teams fbusiness requirements Shenzhen engineering teams fimplementation.
6. 企业客户交付支持
参与美国客户部署（远程为主），支持版本管理、配置策略与上线成功指标。
Support enterprise customer deployments, configuration strategies, success metrics (primarily remote).
岗位要求｜Requirements
1. 产品能力（核心）｜Product Skills
能独立完成需求分析、逻辑抽象、PRD 文档与流程设计。
Strong ability to conduct requirement analysis, logical abstraction, PRDs, workflow design.
2. AI 技术理解｜AI & Technical Understanding
至少满足以下任意三项：
(Any three of the following:)
熟悉 LLM（OpenAI / Anthropic / Qwen / Gemini）与 Agent 架构
Familiar with LLMs Agent architectures
理解向量检索、RAG、混合路由
Understanding of vectretrieval, RAG, hybrid routing
理解状态机（State Machine）与工作流执行模型
Understanding of state machines workflow execution
有数据策略经验（标注方案、Gold Sample、Edge Cases）
Experience with data strategies (labeling, gold samples, edge-case mining)
3. 财务流程理解（加分）｜Financial Workflow Knowledge (Bonus)
熟悉 AR/AP、3-Way Match、付款审核、发票处理等财务流程。
Knowledge of AR/AP, 3-way match, payment approval, invoice processing.
4. 沟通能力｜Communication
能与技术、销售、实施、客户多线沟通，推动项目落地。
Able to collaborate across engineering, sales, CS, customer teams.
5. 中英文能力｜Language
能阅读英文文档，具备口语沟通能力更优（非硬性要求）。
Be able to read English documents. Excellental communication skills are preferred (not mandatory).
