【岗位职责】
1、负责 CSO 等第三方服务商的准入尽职调查、资质审核、关联关系排查及合规档案建立与维护；
2、审核 CSO 服务协议、费用结算的合规性，识别并预警履约过程中的合规风险；
3、对 CSO 学术推广活动开展日常监控与飞行检查，核查推广行为真实性及费用证据链完整性；
4、配合落实《医药代表管理办法》相关要求，推进 CSO 及其推广人员的授权、备案、合规承诺书等管理动作；
5、参与起草、修订第三方管理、反商业贿赂等相关合规制度、SOP 及操作指引；
6、跟踪医药行业法规政策动态（反商业贿赂、医药代表管理、税务合规等），输出风险提示与落地建议；
7、组织面向 CSO 及内部业务团队的合规培训与宣导；
8、受理违规线索与举报，配合开展合规调查并跟进整改闭环；
9、协同采购、销售、财务、法务等部门，定期编制合规管理报告，配合内外部审计与监管检查；
10、及时了解掌握医药行业相关政策，评估现有合规实施流程风险，为业务开展提供合规支持。
【任职要求】
1、原则性强、严谨细致、保密意识高，具备良好的沟通协调与落地执行能力；
2、能适应适度出差，可完成现场审查、飞行检查相关工作；
3、较强的风险识别、数据分析与逻辑判断能力；
4、良好的文书撰写能力，能独立编制尽调报告、排查记录、整改报告等；
5、熟练使用 Office 办公软件，擅长台账与档案管理
