• 法律知识：熟悉《民法典》《反不正当竞争法》《药品管理法》《医疗器械监督管理条例》等基本法律法规；了解医药行业特有合规要求（如两票制、带量采购、医药代表备案管理办法、RDPAC行为准则等）；
• 分析与写作能力：具备良好的法律检索、分析及逻辑思维能力，能独立撰写法律备忘录、培训课件及制度草案；
• 语言能力：具备一定的英文阅读能力，能理解英文法规或行业指南者优先。
（四）其他能力
• 具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能高效推动跨部门协作；
• 工作严谨细致，责任心强，能适应医药行业快速变化的监管环境；
• 熟练使用Office办公软件。
岗位职责：
（一）合规体系建设与维护
负责起草、修订公司合规管理制度、流程及操作指引，重点落地《反不正当竞争法》、《药品管理法》、医药代表备案制、带量采购等法规的内部细则；
建立并维护公司合规风险识别、评估与应对机制，动态监控合规风险。
（二）合规咨询与培训
为公司销售、市场、医学等部门提供日常合规咨询，解答学术会议赞助、样品管理、患者援助项目、招投标业务等合规疑问；
设计并组织实施年度合规培训计划，针对不同岗位（如医药代表、大区经理、市场部）开发定制化培训课件，提升全员合规意识。
（三）商业行为监控与审计
牵头/参与公司高风险业务环节（如CSO管理、第三方合作、费用报销、推广活动）的合规审查与内部审计；
监控与医疗卫生专业人士（HCP）的互动交流合规性，审核相关合同及会议申请。
（四）举报处理与内部调查
负责管理合规举报热线/邮箱，接收并处理员工、客户或第三方的合规举报，跟进调查流程。
（五）第三方风险管理
建立推广服务商、经销商、CSO（合同销售组织）等第三方的准入合规尽职调查流程，定期开展合规筛查。
