岗位职责:
1、质量管理体系建设：负责组织建立并维护研发部质量管理体系，并根据国内、外药品管理、认证相关法规，组织对研发部质量管理体系文件进行更新、升级，并监督执行。
2、监督质量体系运行：负责组织各个项目组建立研发过程的质量文件，并审核。
3、组织药品注册现场核查，负责组织项目组完成项目现场核查前研发阶段的资料以及数据的准备以及审核。
4、文件管理：负责对实验室管理，设备仪器验证、计量证书，质量保证相关管理文件原件的归档保存。负责设备SOP、质量标准、标定SOP等操作文件的原件归档保存，复印件发放。
5、实验管理：组织建立实验管理相关制度，使实验过程相关记录更清晰完善，保证实验过程数据真实、准确、完整、可追溯。
6、负责研发部原液、中间体、成品检验报告审核。
7、偏差、变更管理：建立研发过程偏差和变更的控制程序，并按其执行，使整个研发项目的过程具备可追溯性。

任职要求:
1、全日制本科及以上学历，医药、药学、生物学等相关专业
2、熟悉质量管理体系，有实验室管理经验，生物药质量管理经验；
3、性格外向，善于表达，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
4、思维缜密，做事有条理；
5、工作积极负责，善于学习。
