岗位职责：
1、维护与优化EHS体系：组织ISO14001、ISO45001管理体系认证及维护工作，收集、整理并更新EHS相关法律法规及符合性评价，推动企业EHS管理水平持续提升；
2、负责教育培训：主导完成新员工三级安全教育培训，定期开展消防、化学品、机械防护、职业健康、环保等专业培训；
3、现场隐患排查：组织日常巡查、管理层督察、节前检查、专项排查等工作，完成隐患闭环管理，持续改善现场EHS管理状态；
4、负责厂区环境管理：执行环保法规，对废水、废气、噪声、固废定期监测，积极推动清洁生产，助力企业绿色发展；
5、职业健康管理：识别职业病危害因素，依据危害因素为员工精准配备合适的个人防护用品并监督正确佩戴使用，常态化开展职业健康知识培训与宣传，组织职业健康体检及年度检测；
6、事故管理：利用科学分析工具，组织事故原因分析，制定整改措施及方案；推动排查整改；
7、消防应急：主导年度消防检测及问题整改，开展重点防火区域巡查，定期组织开展各类应急演练，提升全员应急响应能力；
8、施工方监管：负责施工现场安全巡查，危险作业审批等工作；
9、负责项目三同时管理，及维护与政府部门的良好关系；
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、职业卫生等相关专业优先，具备扎实的专业理论基础。
2、具备5年以上制造业EHS管理经验，熟悉机械加工、化工生产、电子制造等制造业生产流程，能精准识别行业风险。
3、持有注册安全工程师、一级注册消防工程师等相关证书者优先
4、精通EHS法律法规，熟悉ISO14001、45001管理体系标准，具备风险评估、隐患排查治理及良好的沟通协调能力，能有效推动跨部门合作。
5、有责任心与安全意识，抗压能力强，能在复杂多变的生产环境中妥善应对各类EHS问题，推动企业安全发展。
