1、负责调研、规划和设计公司DevSecOps流程的AI化升级蓝图，明确阶段性目标和实施路径
2、评估、引入并调优先进的AI能力，用于增强需求评估、代码分析、安全测试等能力
3、开发AI智能体，用于自动化执行安全漏洞扫描、代码审查、需求评审、基础设施配置检查等任务
4、利用LLM开发内部智能助手，为业务提供安全编码建议、漏洞修复方案、安全隐私要求等

任职要求：
1、精通AI/ML实践（必备）：熟悉常见的机器学习框架，并有使用LangChain等框架构建LLM应用的实际经验
2、熟悉DevSecOps（加分项）：理解CI/CD、IaC、容器化、微服务安全、SAST/DAST/SCA等
3、熟练掌握Python/Go/Java中的至少一种，具备开发生产级应用的能力
4、有将AI/机器学习技术应用于实际工程问题的成功经验（如AI代码生成/审查、智能运维、预测性安全等）

加分项:
1、在开源项目中有AI fDevOps/DevSecOps相关的贡献或个人项目
2、熟悉主流AI代码分析工具（如GitHub Advanced Security）
