Henan Huarui Optoelectronic Industry Co., Ltd. was registered and established in October 2017. It is a state-owned holding enterprise integrating research and development, manufacturing, and sales, and is a backbone enterprise in the optoelectronic display business segment of Xinggang Investment Group. The company is located west of Huaxia Avenue and south of Zhiyang Road in the Zhengzhou Aerotropolis Economy Comprehensive Experimental Area. The project introduces a fifth-generation TFT liquid crystal panel production line from LG of South Korea, primarily used for mobile smart terminals, smart home appliances, tablets and personal computers, industrial control medical equipment, and automotive electronic products. The company is actively laying out advanced technologies such as Mini LED and biosensing, and steadily expanding new display technology products like Micro LED. Huarui Optoelectronics has a wholly-owned subsidiary, Henan Huarui Intelligent Optical Display Co., Ltd. The first phase of the optical display project plans to build 10 TFT module production lines. Upon completion and reaching full capacity, it can produce 50 million new touch-control integrated display module products annually, with an annual output value of approximately 5 billion RMB.
