工作职责：
1、参与Al Agent系统的架构设计、开发与优化,涉及多智能体协作、任务规划、对话管理、意图识别等AI模块功能开发;
2、准确理解业务目标并提出*适合的技术解决方案，应用*新的AI技术于实际业务场景中。
3、负责AI应用方案的设计,包括模型选型、数据处理、调参训练，调优和部署，确保模型高效稳定运行。
4、跟踪并探索国内外Al应用场景与技术发展，推动AI应用的优化与创新。
5、能够设计和优化提示词策略，引导大模型产生高效精准的响应。
6、Java技术栈的技术框架的运维和迭代开发工作
7、解决项目组提出的技术难点（Java）
8、利用Cursor、Trae等IDE工具结合AI进行高效率的开发工作
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历;
2、至少3年从事Java工程师工作经验，由底层框架设计或运维经验者优先
3、至少1年从事AI应用工程师工作经验
4、具备产品设计经验者优先
5、精通Java编程语言，可以脱离AI进行Java项目的运维工作，精通SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Mybatis等基础框架
6、熟悉掌握RocketMQ、Kafka、Redis、Nacos等中间件
7、熟悉微服务的原理，对分布式事务、MQ的应用，可以正确应用在场景中
8、精通Prompt调优、上下文工程、RAG
9、掌握向量数据库的开发经验
10、至少精通一种Agent开发框架（AutoGEN、LangChain等），需要有对应的产品
11、有较强的责任心和自驱力
