任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业，2 年以上大模型开发经验。
2、精通 DeepSeek 模型的核心原理与实操流程，有独立完成 DeepSeek 微调、部署或应用开发的项目经验。
3、熟练掌握 Python 编程语言，熟悉 PyTorch、Hugging Face Transformers 等深度学习框架。
4、理解 Transformer 架构，掌握大模型调优核心技术（SFT、RLHF、LoRA）及推理优化方法（量化、蒸馏等）。
