处理PCB制造工程问题（如GERBER文件输出、EQ回复）并跟踪制板流程。
热管理与电气性能优化
针对大功率逆变器特性，优化发热元件（如MOSFET）的散热设计，通过铺铜、散热焊盘及过孔提升热管理效率；
遵循“就近原则”摆放滤波电容，避免信号干扰，并对关键信号线进行包地或隔离处理。
协作与文档管理
协同硬件工程师完成LAYOUT可行性评估，参与设计评审并提供改进建议；
输出BOM及生产指导文档，维护封装库和设计规范文件。
EMC与工艺规范落地
设计时规避EMI风险（如避免锐角走线、分离模拟/数字地），并协助整改EMC测试问题；
确保PCB材质、工艺与结构设计匹配，满足批量生产需求。
任职资格:
学历与专业
大专及以上学历，电子工程、通信、自动化等相关专业背景。
经验要求
3年以上PCB Layout经验，具备逆变器、开关电源或BMS产品多层板（4层以上）设计经验者优先；
有光伏/储能逆变器项目经历或大功率（如5kW及以上）PCB设计经验为加分项。
核心技能
精通Altium Designer、Cadence Allegro或PADS等设计工具，熟悉高速信号布线规则；
掌握安规标准、EMC防护设计及PCB生产工艺（如拼板、钢网设计）。
综合素质
具备热设计、EMC整改等问题的独立分析能力，能快速响应试产/量产问题；
