岗位职责
1、协助完成原材料、零部件、辅料及办公物资等日常采购下单、跟进交期，保障生产 / 办公物料正常供应。
2、对接现有供应商，做好日常对账、送货协调、异常问题沟通处理。
3、整理采购单据、合同、报价单、入库台账，做好采购数据录入与归档。
4、配合主管完成市场物料价格调研、比价、核价，整理价格对比表。
5、跟进物料到货验收、品质异常反馈，协调退换货及补货事宜。
6、协助开发基础备选供应商，收集供应商资质资料，维护供应商基础档案。
7、完成上级安排的采购相关临时性工作。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链、机械、机电、工商管理等相关专业优先。
2、1 年左右采购相关工作经验，熟悉基础采购流程，制造业采购经验优先。
3、会使用 Office 办公软件，熟练 Excel 制表、数据统计，会 ERP 系统操作者优先。
4、具备基础物料认知，了解常用零部件、原材料品类更佳。
5、沟通顺畅，做事细心有耐心，执行力强，能承受基础工作压力。
6、工作踏实稳重，有良好职业素养，服从团队工作安排
