岗位职责：
1、品质周报、月报的制作、报告的审批及品质例会的推行；
2、质管部的日常管理工作；
3、质管部的培训计划及实施；
4、供应商来料异常处理与改善跟进；
5、收集和分析客户的投诉和反馈，主导客户投诉品质异常的处理，包括成立小组、问题说明、临时措施的实施和验证、根本原因的分析和确定、纠正措施的选择和确定、纠正措施的实施、预防再发生和水平展开、*终跟进结案，并与客户及时沟通。
6、所有与公司质量有关的更改进行控制，并组织跟踪；
任职要求：
1、本科或以上学历，机械、医疗器械等相关专业，医疗器械相关专业优先
2、3-5年以上质量管理相关工作经验，熟悉ISO 13485、医疗器械GMP等法律法规者优先；
3、具有较强的分析能力、能够分析和解决复杂的质量问题，具备判断能力，能够对质量问题做出准确的判断和决策。
