任职要求:
1.统招公办本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，有5年及以上相关工作经验;
2.精通Java，具备良好的编码能力和编码习惯;熟悉多线程编程，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息队列等机制熟悉JVM机制;
3.理解常见中间件和框架的原理和机制，包括但不限于Spring/SpringBoot，Netty等;
4.理解常见RPC的原理和机制，包括但不限于thrift.grpc，Dubbo等;
5.理解微服务和分布式服务治理领域的相关解决方案，包括注册中心，容器化，ServiceMesh等;
6.有分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计和稳定性经验优先;
7.技术视野开阔，学习主动性强，具有良好的人际治通能力，良好的工作协调能力
