岗位职责
1、根据原理图、结构信息、客户信息等项目情况进行合理的PCB设计，并输出GERBER
文件；
2、根据需求进行麦拉片、PCB结构图、散热器等结构件的设计；
3、根据需求进行制造厂生产文件的制作；
4、负责板厂的工程问题的沟通与回复；
5、负责部门效率、质量等的改善提升活动。
岗位要求：
1、电力电子，电力自动化及相关专业，26届毕业生可投；
2、3年以上开关电源PCB设计经验，具备独立进行电源产品PCB设计的能力；
3、熟悉PFC、反激、LLC等开关电源常用电路拓扑架构；
4、熟练了解红胶工艺、锡膏工艺、AI工艺与焊波焊接工艺的制程；
5、具备良好的成本意识、团队合作精神；有较好的承压能力与沟通能力
