4.熟练掌握Android Jetpack组件，以及MVVM/MVI等现代开发模式。
5.具备扎实网络编程基础，熟悉网络协议，能用 OkHttp 等框架进行数据交互，保障网络安全。
6.掌握 Android 数据存储技术，能根据需求选合适方式，优化数据库性能。
7.了解 Android 底层知识、大SDK版本新特性，处理版本兼容、机型兼容问题。
8.具备快速定位问题、分析并解决问题的能力。
9.有良好团队协作与沟通能力，遵循代码规范和开发流程。
10.关注新技术趋势，能引入合适技术提升项目竞争力，自主学习能力强。
