岗位职责
1. 内容策划与制作：围绕品牌官方渠道（社媒矩阵、官网、APP等），完成视频选题、脚本构思与剪辑制作，并根据Instagram / TikTok / YouTube 等平台特性优化视频节奏和表现形式；
2. 多类型视频产出：包含品牌宣传向视频、产品上市、教程、功能展示视频以及转化导向广告视频素材的策划制作；
3. 视频内容优化：结合用户反馈与数据表现（完播率、互动率等），持续优化创意视频内容形式，主动提出并落地新的内容和玩法；
4. 创作效率提升：积极关注并使用视频相关AI工具，提升视频制作效率；
5. 团队沟通协作：与市场、产品、运营团队紧密协作，共同完成内容规划和制作；在必要时，协同外部供应商完成部分项目落地。

任职要求
1. 1-2年视频内容制作经验，有负责过视频项目 / 账号运营经验优先；视频/影视相关专业优秀应届生可投递；
2. 具备出色的故事化叙事和视觉表达能力，能独立完成从创意构思、脚本、剪辑成片的完整流程；
3. 熟练使用主流剪辑软件（Premiere / Final Cut 等），具备良好的拍摄与构图审美；
4. 对用户与内容有专业触觉，理解影响完播率与互动率的关键因素，能快速判断创意的可行性；
5. 熟悉 Instagram、TikTok、YouTube 等平台内容形态和流行趋势；
6. 拥有优秀的沟通与团队协作能力；
7. 热爱运动或户外活动爱好者优先；
