岗位职责：
1.负责继电器产品热仿真（热平衡、热应力等）相关工作，产品设计校核与优化、创新及解决产品设计相关问题；
2.使用仿真技术作为主要工具进行热应用技术解决方案（或产品）开发、相关技术预研；
3.负责热力学、传热学等相关基础理论研究；
4.协助产品工程师设计仿真验证方案，对标仿真结果；
5.收集、完善CAE仿真资料库；
6.参与仿真规范、标准的制定。

任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，电气/电器/热力学/传热学等相关专业；
2.1年以上相关工作经验，具备CAE分析经验，有低压电器行业经验者优先；
3.熟练使用仿真计算软件（ANSYS Workbench、Maxwell、Hypermesh、Flux、HperWorks），具备编程能力和有限元基础者优先；
4.熟练使用UG等三维辅助设计软件和办公软件；
5.具备较强的创新意识、数据分析能力和问题解决能力；
6.具备良好的沟通、协调能力及执行与动手能力；
